Netflix is Crushing on K-Dramas 🥰🎥
Netflix just doubled down on their love for South Korean content by announcing a whopping $2.5 billion investment which is 2x what they've spent since 2016.
Clearly, their affair with K-dramas is getting serious!
The Squid Game phenomenon proved that the world is ready for more K-dramas, which had a whopping 111 million viewers in just the first 28 days after its launch.

Netflix has got big plans for their largest-ever Korean content line-up, featuring over 20 series, a handful of films, reality shows, and even a couple of documentaries.
Netflix (The OG Streaming King) is facing fierce competition from Amazon, HBO, and Disney and they’re taking out the entire arsenal to remain at the top.
Apart from investing in content, they're also dabbling in an ad-supported tier, slashing prices and cracking down on password sharing.
We are just happy on the K-drama news as our future weekends are gonna look something like this!
