Guess who's been cruisin' back to business? Yup, that's right - Uber's revenue has vroomed up by 29% in the recent quarter!
Thanks to new investments and a bunch of drivers hopping back on board, Uber's raking in $8.8 billion, and is on track to generate a quarterly profit this year.
Talk about getting back in the driver's seat!

During the pandemic, Uber had relied much more on its food delivery biz as opposed to its people delivery biz.
Weโre still trying to shake off those extra pounds from ordering in way too much fried chicken!
However, as the world as opened up, so has the ride-hailing market with Uberโs US and Canadian biz recording 40% more trips from a year ago.

Uber was quick to woo their drivers after the pandemic to get them back on the roads while Lyft didnโt exactly go pedal to the metal on driver incentives, which led to higher prices.
With Lyft recently announcing their layoffs (again), it seems like Uber definitely has the upper-hand right now in the ride sharing duopoly!
Hereโs everything you need to know for (NYSE:UBER) earnings:
Total Revenue: $8.8 Billion (+29%)
Net Loss: $157 Million (vs $5.9 Billion)
Gross Bookings Revenue: $31.4 Billion (+19%)
Mobility Gross Revenue: $14.98 Billion (+40%)
Delivery Gross Revenue: $15.02 Billion (+8%)
Uber's performance is another badge of honor for the tech industry's resilience, following impressive showings by Microsoft, Google, and Meta.

What's your choice of social media poison these days? TikTok, Instagram, Twitter? Well, hold our beer because there's a new spirit in town called Bluesky.
Bluesky, is turning heads with its 50,000 users and 375,000 worldwide installs.

It's all thanks to the tantalizing combo of exclusivity (invite-only, baby) and the nostalgic "early Twitter" vibe that's got everyone clamoring for a piece of the action.
Wait Wait! What the hell is this Bluesky thingy?
Bluesky is the new Twitter alternative blowing up with names like Ms. Ocasio Cortez, Ms. Teigen and the social media star Dril on the platform.
From the first looks, it honestly seems like a cheap replica of Twitter but what makes it fundamentally different is the fact that it is decentralized.

Users can eventually create their own apps and communities, making it a social media paradise with a "choose your own adventure" vibe and obviously no blue checks!
Iโm sold. Sign me up! How do I get in?
Remember we told you that it was invite only? Well, unless you have an invite yourself, be ready to drop some serious dough as Bluesky invites are like the new Supreme collection!
As the demand for getting in grows, people on ebay are selling invites for upto $6900! Say what?
Bluesky invites become a hot commodity as demand for the Twitter alternative outstrips access
Only 50,000+ users have received an invite and been able to join so far.
Invites are being listed for as much as $6,900 on eBay

So what do you think about Bluesky and more importantly, do you have an invite?
P.S. If you're looking to get an invite, we know a guy who knows a guy who knows a guy that can hook you up.
