Welcome to iReality By Apple ๐
Hola Apple enthusiasts! If you weren't glued to your screen during Apple's recent World Developers Conference (WWDC), don't worry - we've got you covered.
The headline act was the launch of Apple's mixed reality headset, which, by the way, costs as much as our second-hand car.

1/ Apple Vision Pro
This shiny piece of tech costs a hefty $3,499.
Sporting 12 cameras and a digital crown, it'll have you seeing your favorite apps and shows from Disney+ floating in your own living room.
The R1 and M2 chips power this tech marvel, loaded with more cameras, sensors, and microphones than you can shake a stick at.
2/ M2 Ultra Chip
Apple also flexed its muscles with the M2 Ultra Chip, essentially two of their biggest M2 chips fused together like a high-tech Frankenstein.
This beast powers the new Mac Pro and Mac Studio, promising 20% faster performance than the M1 Ultra.
3/ Larger MacBook Air & Beefy Desktops
Apple launched a new 15-inch MacBook Air, with an 18-hour battery life and ultra sleek looks. And the price is just as eye-catching: $1,299.
And let's not forget its desktop brethren: the mighty Mac Pro and the compact yet powerful Mac Studio. Bigger, faster, stronger, and yep, pricier!
Some other announcements include:
iOS 17: AirDrop is getting a significant upgrade with NameDrop, a new feature allowing you to share your contact details via bumping two iPhones together.
iPadOS 17: The tablet OS is also getting some neat features, including interactive widgets and some seriously handy enhancements for working with PDFs.
MacOS Sonoma: Expect interactive widgets and a new Game Mode for all you gaming enthusiasts. Not to mention Safari is becoming smarter and more user-friendly.
Adaptive Audio: AirPods are stepping up their game with Adaptive Audio features. Say hello to intelligent noise canceling that adjusts according to your audio environment.
Apple dropped a name-dropping bomb at WWDC, revealing its alliance with Unity, the video game software whizz.
The result? Unity shares surged an epic 26%, the largest leap since its 2020 IPO.

On the other side of the tech spectrum, Intel's having a bit of a moment. Apple's shiny new M2 Ultra chip is pushing Intel off the stage, causing Intel's shares to slide 4.6%.
It's like Christmas in June! Apple has once again left us wide-eyed and slack-jawed, but hey, we wouldn't have it any other way.

Free Phone Plan with Amazon Prime? ๐
Amazon, the e-commerce behemoth is reportedly toying with the idea of offering low-cost, or even free mobile service to Prime subscribers.
Yes, you read that right, FREE! They're looking at wireless plans for as low as $10/month, or nada, zip, zilch.

So why is Amazon thinking about jumping into the wireless world?
Primeโs U.S. subscriber base has taken a slight dip, from 170 million to 167 million in the last year following their fee bump from $119 to $139.
Theyโre also facing rising competition from Walmart and its Walmart+ membership, which offers some of the same fast delivery perks at a lower cost, along with a subscription to Paramount+.
If Amazon does end up offering this service, it's not exactly a cakewalk for the wireless carriers. They're in a tight spot, having invested billions in 5G networks.
They're looking to find new sales outlets, but if Amazon steps in, they could be competing for their current customers.
It's a bit like being asked to share your cake and eat it too.
Meanwhile, stocks for Verizon, AT&T, and T-Mobile took a tumble after the news broke out.
Shares in Verizon and AT&T took a bit of a tumble, both down by more than 4%.
T-Mobile seemed to feel the punch a little harder, sliding over 8%.
Meanwhile, Amazon's potential foray into the wireless world seems to have given Dish shares a super boost of 16.2%.

Of course, it's still early days, and we don't know if Amazon will actually swipe right on this telecom Tinder.
